Terms of use

About the service

Review Paradise provides public business profiles and a searchable directory. Review collection is a limited pilot. Merchant integrations and other proposed features remain in development. A listing does not establish endorsement, verified ownership or a verified purchase.

Using directory information

Research the business, product, delivery terms and support arrangements directly before purchasing. Profiles and user feedback are informational. Details change, and errors are possible. Use the contact page to request a correction.

Accounts and pilot access

Use accurate information and protect your sign-in credentials. Access to a pilot feature does not promise public availability or continued access. Do not impersonate another person, falsely claim a business or attempt to access another account. Registration and review availability depend on the current pilot settings.

Reviews and business responses

Follow our review guidelines. Submit only feedback based on your own experience. Do not submit fabricated reviews, personal attacks, confidential information, threats or material infringing another person’s rights. A business response must address the experience without exposing customer information.

By submitting material for publication, you permit Review Paradise to store, moderate, format and display the submission as part of the service. You retain rights you hold in your original content. Moderation or removal is available for submissions failing our standards. Publication does not mean Review Paradise independently verified every statement.

Editorial independence

Editorial proposals and commercial publication arrangements are separate from customer reviews, review moderation and business ratings. Payment does not purchase a customer review, change a rating or remove critical feedback meeting our standards.

Acceptable use

Do not disrupt the service, bypass access controls, send spam, harvest personal information or use the directory for unlawful activity. Respect applicable rights and laws when using public information. We restrict abusive access to protect the service and its users.

Privacy and external websites

The privacy policy describes our data practices. External websites operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Review Paradise does not control their products, transactions or security.

Availability and responsibility

The directory and pilot are provided as available. We do not promise uninterrupted access, complete information or a particular result from using the service. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies provided by applicable law.

Changes and questions

We update these terms as the service develops and display the revision date above. Contact trevor@ecommerceparadise.com with questions about these terms or the service.
